Design of Glass Packaging Container

1 Definition of packaging China's national standard GB/T 4122.1-2008 "Packaging Terminology Part 1: Foundation" indicates: "In order to protect the product in the circulation process, facilitate storage and transportation, promote sales, according to certain technical methods and the use of containers, materials and auxiliaries, etc. the overall name. It also refers to the use of containers, materials and auxiliaries in order to achieve the above-mentioned purposes in the process of applying a certain method of operation activities."

Study on Improving the Process of Improving the Impact Strength of Wine Bottles

With the increase of beer production in China, the demand for beer bottles is also increasing year by year, so the quality of beer bottles has become a prominent problem. Among the many indicators that affect the quality of beer bottles, impact resistance is an important safety indicator for beer bottle products. The weakness of glass bottles is brittleness, beer bottles in the production of packaging, beer filling, transportation and use of circulation process, the collision between the bottles or bottles and other hard collision is often occurred. This kind of collision will make the mechanical strength of beer bottles significantly decreased. Due to the current consumption habits and the reuse management of beer bottles, the strength of beer bottles has plummeted. Some beer bottles with poor quality and high reuse times have reduced their impact resistance index, which makes it difficult to resist normal collisions, thus burying hidden dangers for bottle explosion. Therefore, the production of beer bottles should meet the requirements of impact strength in the national standard GB4544-2020. The current standard stipulates: for disposable bottles with V≤ 530ml and recyclable old bottles ≥ 0.2J, recyclable new bottles ≥ 0.4J;V>530ml disposable bottles and recyclable old bottles ≥ 0.3J, recyclable new bottles ≥ 0.6J. The actual test method is shown in the national standard GB/T 6552-2015 glass container mechanical impact test method.

Four future development trends of glass packaging industry

First, the use of advanced energy-saving technologies. One way to save energy, improve the quality of melting, and extend the furnace to save energy is to increase the amount of broken glass, and the amount of broken glass added abroad reaches 60%-70%. The ideal is to use 100 percent of the broken glass to achieve the goal of "ecological" glass production.

Development Status of China's Glass Industry

Brief introduction of glass glass is a solid substance made of quartz, soda ash, limestone, feldspar and broken glass as the main raw materials by high temperature melting and solidification. Glass manufacturing has a long history. In 1500 BC, the Egyptians used the "Mao core" method to produce earlier glass packaging containers. In the 3rd century AD, the Romans established a large-scale glass factory. In the middle of the 19th century, Europe took the lead in melting glass using a regenerator pool furnace and invented a semi-mechanized glass product forming method. After the 20th century, the glass industry entered an era of mechanized and automated production, computer technology has been widely used in the glass industry today. Although it has a long history of development, the daily glass industry, as one of the industrial industries closely related to people's daily life, still maintains a strong vitality today, which is reflected in the continuous growth of market demand, the continuous emergence of technological progress, and the continuous upgrading of industrial structure. The daily glass industry is capital-intensive, technology-intensive and labor-intensive. With the enhancement of social awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection and the improvement of the production technology level of the industry, the daily glass industry is gradually developing in the direction of lightweight, environmental protection and energy saving.
